Ambassador Industrial’s new modern equipped factory with over 4000m2 under roof gives us the technical capability to extrude and mould from a wide range of materials including:

Natural Rubber, EPDM, SBR, Neoprene, Nitrile, Silicone, PVC, Thermoplastic rubber and a range of different sponges.

Equipped with cutting edge extruding and moulding equipment, our new facility has the capability to extrude profiles up to 300mm wide and 150mm high. Our new fully equipped tool room complete with EDM spark eroder, wire cutters, lathe and milling machines allow us to fully assist you in the concept, design and manufacture of your tooling and finished product. By having this capability lead times for a new product are decreased dramatically as it allows us greater flexibility in the manufacturing process.

In fact Ambassador Industrial is one of the few Australian owned and operated rubber manufacturers to be able to offer this complete service. This enables us to handle almost any job, from the smallest to the largest production run, in any material, in the shortest time possible.
